Who better than '80s workout queen Jane Fonda to inspire and invigorate? A new episode of Time to Walk features the actor, producer, author, and activist talking about standing up to her fears and the power of taking action to fight climate change.Cupertino launched the audio series earlier this year with celebrities like Dolly Parton, NBA star Draymond Green, musician Shawn Mendes, and Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba. Each 25- to 40-minute episode focuses on a different voice to help pass the time on your walk by sharing stories and songs, along with on-screen photos. Time to Walk lives in the Apple Watch Workout app, and requires AirPods or another set of compatible Bluetooth headphones."Apple Fitness+ is integrated with Apple Watch to build on the goal of helping people live a better day by being more active," Jay Blahnik, the company's senior director of fitness technologies, said in a statement.
